This new and centrally located through station BahnhofCity will represent a city within the city: an urban center offering shopping, service and gastronomic facilities as well as hotels and offices in a completely new dimension. A modern shopping center with a retail area of 20,000 square meters will be in the station concourse beneath the future trackage. The retail area is going to comprise approximately 20,000 square meters spread on two levels. Approximately 115 shops will be created.
